Ceanne Seymour2022-11-29I was very pleased with the service we received on Monday, Nov. 28, 2022 @ 2:29 am. I am located in California. My daughter was driving (relocating to Decatur, GA) when she had a horrible accident. The Boerne Methodist Emergency Room took my daughters $500 copay and kicked her out the door into 34 degree cold night. They didn’t even do concussion protocols, nor did they clean any of the severe cuts to her arms & legs. Absolutely horrendous! Uber doesn’t even exist in Boerne, Tx. THANK GOD FOR 5 DIAMOND CONCIERGE & MRS. LINDO (forgive me if spelling is incorrect). Mrs. Lindo retrieved my daughter from this so-called ‘Emergency Room’ and drove her to the very hospitable and accommodating Hampton Inn & Suites (which was only 1/4 mile away). Mrs. Lindo saw that she checked in, received her room key, and even helped my daughter walk to her room. Mrs. Lindo bought my daughter a water and some Aleve…something the hospital did not do. She went above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU!
